She creates moving images and installations using both traditional and emerging technologies including VR, AR, animation, and small-gauge film. Her work has been exhibited nationally and internationally, recently at Aggregate Space Gallery in Oakland, CA, the Ann Arbor Film Festival in MI, and MOTOR in Los Angeles, CA. She was a recent artist-in-residence with Oklahoma Contemporary and at Kintai Arts in Lithuania. Elliot completed her MFA in Art & Technology at The Ohio State University.

Duffy is also a Co-Founder and Co-Director of several ongoing collaborative endeavors such as Langer Over Dickie Projects, CQDELab, and Mx. Studio.
